Abstract, Citation, and Impact Factor

Scopus, an electronic database provides index and abstract in multidisciplinary documents and tool to help assess the quality of journals based on citations by statistical data to assess journal quality from Impact Factor and Journal Ranking. It covers information from 1970 to present including science, technology, medicine, and social sciences. Abstract and citation from academic journals are not less than 5,000 publishers, peer-reviewed journals not less than 23,400 titles. User can search from author or institution/university with links to the full-text document that the university accepts. The search result can display quality measurement index of the journal with the number of articles citations (Time Cited), SNIP (Source-Normalized Impact per Paper) and SJR (SCimago Journal Rank).
